A long Island native with a rich history in the kitchen, Gregory Guidone was swept away by his love for the culinary arts at a young age. Stemming from the creativity and rush he gets from delivering unique and outstanding dishes such as his roasted Long Island duck with wild mushroom polenta & blood orange demi-glace, the kitchen is his home away from home.

A graduate of the NYIT Culinary program, Chef Guidone has impressed his love and devotion for cuisine at such Long Island eateries as Airloom, Nissan Sushi, Brass Rail and Anchor Down prior to taking the helm at Crown Gastropub.

Complimenting the extraordinary culinary experience, only finest materials have gone into building this intimate modern gastropub. As you make your way past the storefront of hand milled kiln dried larch wood, to the white oak flooring reclaimed from an old school house, the handcrafted feel delivers a warm casual welcome like no other. And as you shift your gaze past the hand poured glass blocks from Wisconsin to the antique bar back reclaimed from the 1800’s, you know you’ve come to a very special place.
